Q. RETURNS POLICY

A. At Bargainplants.je we offer great value plants at greatly reduced prices. To keep those prices down we order only what is requested by  you the purchaser to the growers in Holland, therefore an item once ordered and delivered can not be returned.

 

Q. DELIVERY POLICY

A.Our policy for delivery is to have your purchased plant to you within 4 working days of ordering. Your orders are processed ASAP and  arrive in the Island via boat on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. This then means you will receive your delivery in the afternoons of Wednesday and Saturday.

If  however you require the delivery on another day ie: the days given may not be convenient, or it is a gift for a special date, please state on the order or email BargainPlantsJersey@gmail.com and we will be happy to deliver then. 

Like the postal service, If we can not deliver in a safe place ie: shed/porch then we will pop a note in your letter box stating that we have tried. Please contact us to make alternative arrangements. If you have a special delivery request such as "leave with your neighbor or in the shed please state so.

Q. Cancellation Policy

A.If you wish to cancel your order please contact us straight away. We may be able to remove it if given enough time before our ordering cut offs. If however the order with the growers in Holland has been placed, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel the delivery. Your item will have already been packed and shipped that day.

Q. Privacy Data

A.General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Under new legislation 1st May 2018 we have obligations in relation to the data we hold which relates to you the purchaser. The obligations include ensuring that such Personal data is correct, that is kept securely, that personal data will not be shared with any person or organisation and that we collect and process it lawfully.

Q. Refund Policy

A. If you are not happy with your purchase when the item has been delivered please contact us immediately (within 24 hours). We can offer a replacement or a full refund  only if the plant or item is damaged but not given if you are not requiring the item any more. (please look at our returns policy) The damaged item will need to be returned to us before any transaction can be made,where an assessment will be made of the product.
